HOUSTON (April 07, 2025)

Memorial Hermann Health System proudly announces that Teal Holden, Senior Vice President of Ambulatory Services, Post-Acute Care and Community Health, has been named to the Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce’s 2025 list of ‘Breakthrough Women’.

The award honors women who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, innovation and dedication, contributing to positive change and progress in the community. Holden will be formally honored at the Chamber’s International Conference for Women on May 16, 2025.

Since joining Memorial Hermann in 2013, Holden has overseen more than 100 outpatient locations, led the System’s community health strategy and played a key role in enhancing patient services throughout the region. She also co-founded the Women Leaders of Memorial Hermann, a program supporting the development and engagement of female employees.
