The Emergency Center at Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Medical Center stands ready to handle any health crisis -- from minor to critical -- 24/7. Memorial Hermann The Woodlands is an accredited Level II trauma center by the American College of Surgeons, which allows the hospital to provide the highest level of trauma care in The Woodlands, Conroe, Tomball, Spring, Montgomery, Willis and other surrounding areas.
Our Emergency Center treats both children and adults, is equipped to handle trauma and emergency care and is staffed with a multidisciplinary team that includes board-certified physicians. We have a helipad on the roof of the East Tower for Memorial Hermann Life Flight®, the system’s critical care air medical transport - and an additional helipad on the ground level for private air ambulances. We offer free parking in Garage 2, off Medical Plaza Drive near the I45 southbound feeder road - where you can access the ED through its main entrance or use the complimentary valet or patient drop off area nearby.
Once parked in Garage 2, walk into the covered ER entrance to the right of the South Tower, which is currently under construction. Once inside the glass doors, take a right and enter the ER - there is a reception desk in front of you.
Free valet parking and shuttle service are available during peak business hours.
