Preena Nair, PT, Pelvic Floor Therapist

Preena Nair earned her degree in physical therapy from Manipal Academy of Higher Education. She has advanced training in pelvic floor dry needling, kinesiotaping, cupping, lumbopelvic ultrasound and pelvic floor diagnoses for both females and males.

Her areas of interest and specialization include bladder and bowel incontinence and dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, post-prostatectomy, pregnancy and postpartum.

A member of Memorial Hermann’s Pelvic Floor Program team, Preena belongs to the American Physical Therapy Association.

In her leisure time, Preena enjoys traveling, watching movies, spending time with family and friends and playing pickleball.
